Individuals or organisations can become one of our Reinforcement Partners. To do so you will need to satisify majority of the following criteria:

• Prior experience working in HIV/AIDS.
• Genuine interest in the MARCH Project.
• Willingness to take on reinforcement activities (RAs).
• The organization must be willing to provide prompt feedback (report) on RAs.
• Partners must be willing to submit copies of necessary documents like expense report for funds disbursed (from MARCH) to them for RAs.
• Partners must be willing to cooperate with the Reinforcement team.
• Adequacy of qualified human resources to implement RAs.
• Credibility of organizations (good management practices and ability to get things done).
• Ability to work with people at community level.
• Positive perception of partner by the community.

Potential partners will be selected based on satisfaction of at least 80% of the above criteria.
